Our Story

Few school friends bound by a love for food embarked on a culinary adventure, giving birth to Chophouse.

Inspired by global food scenes, we started in  Kerala, with a vision to bring something bold and new to the local food landscape. Chophouse started with a single idea: bring real barbecue culture to Thrissur

We’re a small team obsessed with doing the simple things right: quality meat, honest seasoning, steady fire, and time. That’s the craft behind great brisket and smoked meats.

Our menu reflects that approach – brisket slices and sandwiches, smoked chicken, and sides that let the meat shine.
