Few school friends bound by a love for food embarked on a culinary adventure, giving birth to Chophouse. Inspired by global street food scenes, we started in  Kerala, with a vision to bring something bold and new to the local food landscape. What began as a modest food truck idea morphed into a beloved burger spot, mixing authentic Texas BBQ techniques with a dash of local flair.

Chophouse evolved from a food truck to a bustling restaurant, fueled by our passion for quality and a desire to share the joy of genuine BBQ. Our journey from late-night operations to a flagship restaurant reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation in every dish served.
